The Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) is responsible for providing professional therapeutic massage and bodywork services that support overall wellness, recovery, and relaxation for clients. This role requires strong clinical knowledge of anatomy, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality, client-centered experience consistent with the Renew standard of care.

• Perform professional massage therapy treatments including therapeutic, relaxation, and targeted bodywork based on client needs
• Conduct thorough client consultations including health history review, contraindication screening, and treatment planning
• Customize massage treatments to address client goals such as stress relief, muscle tension,recovery, and overall wellness
• Maintain accurate client treatment records in accordance with practice policies and HIPAA regulations
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in a clean, safe, and professional condition
• Review practice services, memberships, and wellness offerings with clients when appropriate
• Collaborate with providers and staff to support integrated wellness care plans
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program
• Current Kentucky State License as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
• Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a comfortable and professional client experience
• Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment
• Ability to manage multiple clients and appointments efficiently

• Must have sufficient mobility to regularly stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the office
• Ability to lift and carry 30+ lbs. and push/pull 50+ lbs
• Ability to perform massage therapy techniques requiring sustained physical activity and hand strength
