Description
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care that encompasses both aesthetic/cosmetic treatments and primary care/wellness services. This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, artistry, and patient-centered care to support individuals in looking and feeling their best.
Responsibilities
Conducting thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and laboratory testing as appropriate.
Developing individualized treatment plans within scope of practice for both cosmeticand wellness/primary care patients.
Performing and managing aesthetic procedures such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser/energy-based treatments.
Providing wellness-focused care, including preventive health screenings, lifestyle counseling, hormone replacement therapy, and management of common primary care concerns
Review pricing, practice specials, and/or financing options with patients
Preserve current and/or create new policies and procedures in accordance with all HIPAA requirements to ensure private Health Information remains confidential
Remain active in continuing education to ensure knowledge base is current and consistent with expectations of the practice and healthcare industry
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education/Experience
Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and current license
Valid Kentucky State License and current BLS or CPR certification
Minimum five years of experience in a medical office working as a NP or PA; Aesthetic Dermatology, MedicalSpa and/or Plastic Surgery experience preferred

Essential Physical Requirments
Must have sufficient mobility to regularly stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the office
Ability to lift and carry 30+ lbs. and push/pull 50+ lbs
