Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and laboratory testing as appropriate.
• Developing individualized treatment plans within scope of practice for both cosmetic and wellness/primary care patients.
• Performing and managing aesthetic procedures such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser/energy-based treatments.
• Providing wellness-focused care, including preventive health screenings, lifestyle counseling, hormone replacement therapy, and management of common primary care concerns
• Review pricing, practice specials, and/or financing options with patients
• Preserve current and/or create new policies and procedures in accordance with all HIPAA requirements to ensure private Health Information remains confidential
• Remain active in continuing education to ensure knowledge base is current and consistent with expectations
  of the practice and healthcare industry
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education/Experience

• Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and current license
• Valid Kentucky State License and current BLS or CPR certification
• Minimum five years of experience in a medical office working as a NP or PA; Aesthetic Dermatology, MedicalSpa and/or Plastic Surgery experience preferred

Essential Physical Requirments

• Must have sufficient mobility to regularly stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the
  office
• Ability to lift and carry 30+ lbs. and push/pull 50+ lbs
